Details needed for conference programme
In order to announce your presentation in our brochure and on our website we will need the following information for the conference programme:
1) Speaker details: first name, last name, job title, company, country
2) A short speaker biography
3) Presentation title
4) Three learning objectives (max 50 words in total)
5) Head shot photograph in JPEG format

Details needed for conference proceedings 
We require a summary of your presentation. This will be included in the Conference Proceedings which is distributed at the event. It will also allow us to promote your participation on the event website, as well as enabling the chairman of the session to prepare his/her session and introduce you to the audience.

Speaker registration
In order to have your badge available at the registration desk, we kindly ask you to make your speaker registration via the online speaker registration, which can be found in the Registration webpage of Speaker Corner.

Hotel accommodation
Hotel and travel costs are your own expense. The conference management has negotiated special rates at the conference venue, the Sheraton Lisboa. If you want to secure your reservation at a discounted rate, please be advised to make your reservations as early as possible. Draft PowerPoint presentation
The purpose of submitting your PowerPoint presentation in time is to enable the session chairman to prepare his/her session. Please send your draft PowerPoint presentation before 15 October 2010 to j.saurin@synergy-events.com


Final presentation
Your final PowerPoint presentation can be send to us until 25 October 2010. If this is not possible, we would like to ask you to bring your presentation to the conference on either a USB-stick or a CD-rom. The PowerPoint file should not exceed 5 MB and should be sent to j.saurin@synergy-events.com
